Loretta’s story was not such a happy beginning:

Divorced and left on welfare raising three children, Loretta became resourceful. She cleaned a home in exchange for a room to live in with her youngest son. Her two oldest moved to Long island to live with her mother. Juggling jobs, moving around and penniless, Loretta began to try and see the funny in all of this. Remarried, teaching aerobics and talking about the new found “Humor Potential in Life” to others. It caught on fast! Hospitals began calling for her inspirational humor and irreverent wit. The next big call was PBS! A TV special was born. And years later so was Loretta LaRoche!

Loretta has been using this irreverent humor on her audience for over 30 years. Using humor to reframe a stressful situation, Loretta captures a new perspective on the difficult parts of life. Her teaching style, credibility and incontestable humor are integral parts to her compelling presence.
